Sweepstakes Entry Period

The "Sweepstakes Entry Period" begins at 12:00 A.M. EST on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 P.M. EST on December 31, 2024.

Eligibility

The Westside Market Grocery Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States, and the District of Columbia, who are at least: (a) 18 years of age and (b) the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher than 18, at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives and their immediate families or members of their household (i.e., spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents and grandchildren, regardless of where they live) of Supermarket Managing Group, LLC ("Sponsor"), or their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions and advertising, promotion, public relations agencies, are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter

  • Purchase-Based Loyalty Program Member Entry Method:

    During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible person may obtain an entry by completing one of the following "Entry-Earning Activities":

    Purchase of Product: Loyalty Members can obtain one (1) entry for every twenty-five (25) U.S. dollars spent per in-store transaction at participating Westside Market locations. There are no limits to the number of entries that can be received via this entry method. In order to qualify for this Entry Method, eligible persons MUST be members of Westside Market's Loyalty Program. The Loyalty Program can be joined online at https://wmarketnyc.com/loyalty. Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program apply, which can be found at https://loyalty.wmarketnyc.com/p/terms.

    In the event that product(s) purchased to earn an entry via this method are returned, and the purchase total drops below a $25 threshold, the entry may be forfeited subject to the following. Return of product(s) due to a defect with the product will not result in loss of the entry (or entries). Return of product(s) due to no fault of Sponsor or defect will result in loss of the entry (or entries) into the sweepstakes equal to the increments of up to and including twenty-five (25) dollars returned to customer. Determining whether a return is due to a defect or a no-fault return is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  • Mail-in Entry Method:

    To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, an eligible person should print his or her name, e-mail address, phone number and address on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper. The entry must be mailed in an envelope no larger than #10 (business-size envelope), with sufficient postage affixed, to: Westside Market Offices ATTN: Monthly Sweepstakes, 148 West 24th St. #3a New York City, New York 10011.

Winner Selection

On or about October 7, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entry, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, to receive the below defined prize (the "Prize"), for a total of one (1) winner.

Prize

  • Each winner will receive one (1) four hundred (400) dollar Westside Market gift certificate per month through September 2025.

  • The certificate will be valid at participating Westside Market locations.

  • Approximate retail value of each prize is $400.00.

  • The gift certificate provided cannot be used to purchase alcoholic products.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning each Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

General Terms

  • Each entrant agrees to, accepts and shall abide by these Official Rules.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor's sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been compromised.

DISPUTES RESOLUTION

THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

Release

By participating, each entrant agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from any liability whatsoever.

Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
